DIRECTIONS
Apply to dry hair and scalp. Gently swirl brush over powder to pick up foundation and, beginning one inch behind the hairline. lightly stipple onto the scalp with the longest bristles facing toward the hairline. Buff onto the scalp and hair in sweeping motions, blending forward toward the hairline. Repeat for additional coverage.
